At Solucare, we offer customer-based training which is planned and arranged by customer, and we do have a calendar-based training which we release on annual basis. The calendar-based training run across three regions currently: Nairobi, Mombasa and Kampala. Customer can request the training by

We are experts in implementing ISO in the following standards:

We train, coach, conduct gap analysis and mentor internal auditors
to maintain the standard after certification.
Safety and Health Committee Training
We train according to the provisions of the
Occupational Safety and Health Act, 2007 Section 9,
and the requirements of Legal Notice No. 31 (Health
and Safety Committee Rules) of 2004 as administered by the Department of Occupational
Safety and Health Services (DOHSS) and in
cognizance of DOHSS training curriculum.
Incident Investigation Training
This training aims at equipping the
learners on the process of
determining the root causes of
accidents, on-the-job injuries,
property damage, and close calls in
order to prevent them from occurring
again.
Environmental Awareness
The participants will be able to understand
current environmental regulations and how
they are applicable to organizations,
significant aspects and impacts as well as
understand Environmental Management
Plan (EMP). Customer based environmental
awareness can be planned based on the
need. Environmental awareness include;
Waste management, pollution control and
prevention, Energy management and carbon
foot print.
Fire Safety Training
Training workplace staff on Fire safety will greatly assist in developing and
improving their technical skills and knowledge with regard to fire safety
which goes a long way towards inculcating a higher sense of
organisational Fire safety awareness. The training will also engender a
culture whereby fire safety issues/ risks will be managed in a more
competent manner.
First Aid Training
The training provides competent firstaid skills to the workplace first aid
team when addressing first aid cases
and emergencies that may arise in the
workplace in order to save life, prevent
further injury and promote recovery
from injuries sustained. Both beginners
and refreshers classes can be
customized and conducted as per
client need.
Safety Leadership and mentoring Training
Safety leadership not only helps create environments where
on-the-job learners can thrive, but it keeps organizations
committed to safety and health as a long-term value. In
addition, the program will also help Safety professionals to
stay competitive in order to succeed in an unpredictable job
market
Supervisory Skills Training
Solucare Consulting Limited will help sensitize
management and the supervisors on the general
supervisory and worker management skills
which will translate into improved production
through the appropriate management of the
organization’s Human Resource.
Vocational Rehabilitation Training and program
Vocational rehabilitation is much more than
rehabilitating persons with disabilities. It is
broadening to include those with physical health
conditions and mental health conditions. This is a
program aimed at helping someone or employee with
a health problem to stay, return to and remain in work.
